Pharma Health Policy Manager - Region Europe, Middle East, Africa (m/f)
  • Monitor and analyze trends, opportunities, challenges and emerging issues on EMEA level that impact Bayer
  • Prepare regular updates on pharmapolitical developments on EMEA level
  • Shape the pharmapolitical environment in the region EMEA actively
  • Prepare focused briefings and background documentson issues
  • Support Head of PH Health Policy Region EMEA
  • Facilitate and support Bayer representatives’engagement in associations
  • Organize Pharma Policy events
  • Support PH business units on pharmapolitical issues and in global projects


  • Successfully completed university degree (MBA level) or comparable education (preferable in politics, economics or law)
  • Several years of professional experience with preferably assignments in Brussels as well as experience in the healthcare policy environment
  • Knowledge of political processes as well as particularly experience with EU decision making processes and European stakeholders
  • Responsible and self-motivated way of working withquick comprehension
  • Very good collaboration and communication skills
  • Professional English skills both verbal and written, French skills preferable
